Divers Heaven Dive Site

The Divers Heaven Dive Site is located north-east of Balicasag Island, Bohol, Philippines. It is 10-1/2 km from Belleview Rock Resort, approximately 20min by pump boat or outrigger boat. The dive site is a steep slope with top at 10m.

This steep slope dive is good for snorkeling and is an easy dive site for PADI Open Water Divers or higher. Visibility is (+) at 12-25M, with a depth of 8-25m and current at 0-3. The dive is most interesting at 15m and not so much below 25m. The area is not affected by dynamite fishing. 

Start the dive with the steep slope on the left shoulder going to Cathedral on north-west direction. At the end of the dive the slope becomes steeper in the north. In the other direction, the slope is on your right shoulder going to Black Forest in the south direction, depending on where the current is going. 

One will encounter many Gold Band Fusilier (Caesio Caerulaurea), Big-mouth Mackerel (Rastrelliger Kanagurta), Midnight Snapper (Macolor Macularis), Red-tooth Trigger fish (Odonus Niger) and turtles. Between 10 and 15m are great corals like Brown Daisy coral (Tubastrerea Micrantha) and some big Bucket sponges (Xestospongia Testudinaria).
